When you shop at Cloud Cuckoo Land we aim to provide you with the very best products accompanied by a high quality personal service.
As a primarily retail organisation we do understand that online shopping can never give the true benefits of handling goods before purchase, and that occasionally a product may be different to first perceived when purchasing online.
You as the customer can buy from us in the knowledge that your order, questions or problems will receive our personal attention within 24 hours, if not sooner.
We offer a money back guarantee for any products that are not to your satisfaction. Returns must be within 14-days of receipt, having notified us within 7 days, and in the original packaging with labels intact. Please refer to the Returns & Refunds area for more details. Your order will be processed within 24 hours of placement and your products will be sent out to you within 2 days of receipt of order. Please allow up to 5 days from ordering for delivery of goods. Your Right To Cancel.
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Here at Cloud Cuckoo Land we make every effort to ensure colours appear as realistic as possible & true to digital reproduction. However due to the constraints of digital images being viewed on different displays, we cannot guarantee exact colour depiction, as different monitors & screens do vary by a fraction.
If you wish to join our mailing list we may from time to time contact you so we can keep you up to date with special offers, new ranges, customer evenings & promotions.
We will not make our mailing list available to any other companies or pass on any of your details to a third party.
Postage & Packing:
All items within the UK will be posted by Royal Mail special delivery and insured and will require a signature on receipt.
Please contact us for overseas orders as postage costs are quoted for the UK only.
Postage charges are £4.95 plus £2 for each additional item in your order, as the weight and value will increase.
We reserve the right to contact you regarding additional postage charges for heavy and delicate items (e.g. Terracotta Pots, Lamps & Bed Throws etc.)
All items are packaged securely.
Each jewellery item will be packed in a Cloud Cuckoo Land box and when purchasing designer jewellery the relevant designer packaging.
Each box will be contained within outer packaging.
It is important to retain the packaging should you wish to make a return, especially in cases where damage may happen in transit.
We will dispatch your order/s within 2 working days.
Refunds, Returns & our Policy:
We want you to be entirely happy with everything you order from our online shop.
If you are not satisfied with any item or items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods & please return the item/s to us within 14 days.
Here at Cloud Cuckoo Land we offer you the customer a choice of options, either exchange, refund or credit note, providing goods are in perfect condition and security tags are not removed from jewellery. The tag sits on the front of the item so you can try it on with ease.
You must inform us either in writing to the contact point above, by email to , or telephone to 01590 688840.
This communication should include details/description of your return item, the reason for return, your name and address and whether you require a refund or replacement.
Please note, we need the original receipt.
The parcel and its contents are however your responsibility until they reach us.
We advise that you request proof of postage from your delivery service when returning goods, as we cannot take responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please note the delivery charge on the original order is non refundable and we do not offer a freepost service on returned items.
If the return is due to an error that we have made, we will refund you for the cost of the postage.
Please note that where a credit or debit card makes purchases, we can only refund to the original card.
